Large felt boots are placed on the feet for 5 minutes to simulate all the reflexes simultaneously and when the boots are removed, marks and colours are left on the feet for approximately 20 seconds indicating areas of congestion in the body. The colours change after each treatment, illustrating the progress made in eliminating the congestion.

The second stage of the treatment involves placing the pads on specific points along the meridians - which are the energy and electrical pathways of the body - in order to stimulate and clear energy blockages.

Vertical Reflex Therapy
This is a new and advanced technique that can be used either in conjunction with traditional reflexology or as a powerful procedure in its own right. VRT works on the top of the feet while the patient is standing and provides amazing benefits. If you have not had any of these therapies before it is probably best to try a reflexology session first.
